Fisher German hires head of investment agency from LSH

Fisher German has strengthened its investments and funding team in London as part of its long-term strategic plans.

Simon Eddy has been appointed as head of investment agency, bringing 30 years of experience in national investment agency. He joins from Lambert Smith Hampton, where he most recently served as director of capital markets. Prior to that, Eddy worked for Avison Young, Lewis Ellis and Richard Ellis.

Eddy’s key focus throughout his career has been on the acquisition and disposal of property investment assets, and funding of commercial developments. He has also acted as a consultant to local authorities, developers and investors, providing strategic advice.

In his new role, Eddy will focus on the acquisition and disposal of investments and the funding of developments across all sectors for developers and institutions.

Eddy will be working alongside the existing Fisher German investment team James Routledge, Oliver Deme and Sam Peters.

In addition, Jonny Hosein joins as a surveyor from Alternative Real Estate Advisors.

James Routledge, consultant partner at Fisher German, said: “Fisher German is experiencing a significant phase of growth and development across the UK and Simon and Jonny’s arrivals align perfectly with our ambitious plans and the dynamic changes happening within the company.”

Mike Price, partner and head of the commercial transactional team at Fisher German, added: “Simon brings a wealth of experience and contacts, particularly in the industrial, logistics and alternative sectors, which will help Fisher German to expand our influence in London.”
