Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has replaced Lambert Smith Hampton at the top of the all-sector EG Radius agent rankings, helped by the sale of 44,451 sq ft Northgate House in Derby this month.
The result was revealed by the EG Radius On-Demand Rankings, a new tool to provide a snapshot view of the latest commercial property deals and which agents are landing them across the UK.
