Fisher Investments Europe has signed a seven-year lease for a second West End office.
The firm has taken 11,376 sq ft across two floors at Feroquest’s 21 Bryanston Street, W1. The quoting rent was £42.50 per sq ft.
The office is in addition to Fisher’s 5,000 sq ft at 6-10 Whitfield Street, also W1.
Aitchison Raffety acted for the tenant; Deloitte Real Estate advised the landlord.
