The 21 most expensive UK properties for sale include five flats, analysis by online estate agent HouseSimple shows.
Only one of the properties costing upwards of £21m is outside London – a £30m, 10-bedroom house in Ascot, Berkshire. The most expensive property is a six-bedroom house in London’s Belgrave Square, priced at £62.5m.
The super-prime market has suffered since the stamp duty changes, but that does not mean it is dead, HouseSimple chief executive Alex Gosling said.
