Five new property tech start-ups have been inducted to the Pi Labs Accelerator. They will be mentored and funded through a 13-week programme designed to fast-track growth, culminating in a demo day where the five pitch to a group of investors.

Urban Intelligence – enables developers to instantly identify what risks and opportunities are posed to projects by the planning system.
