US burger brand Five Guys is continuing its UK expansion with a new restaurant at Hammerson’s Bullring in Birmingham.
The restaurant will be the brand’s first in the West Midlands. It will open this summer on the mall’s middle level.
Hammerson leasing executive Chris Daly said: “Following its phenomenal success at The Oracle, we are delighted to bring Five Guys to the West Midlands. It is testament to Bullring’s dominant position in the area and its existing strong dining offer that we have secured such a high-profile brand in the early stages of its UK expansion.”
Five Guys UK director John Eckbert said: “We are thrilled to be a part of Bullring and the other great eateries in the centre. We are looking forward to building a great relationship with West Midlands patrons.”
