KPMG has announced five new appointments to its real estate corporate finance advisory practice.
The new team members are Michel Andre Heller, Fabian Watts, Tariq Hayat, Michael Gallagher and Edward Martin.
The team will focus on M&A, capital advisory and strategic advice to public and private sector land owners.
• Heller comes from corporate finance boutique, the Till Group, and previously worked at CBRE in the real estate corporate finance team.
• Watts joins from Savills where he was an investment analyst, and before that held roles at Aviva Investors and DTZ.
• Hayat is a chartered accountant who has previously worked within the corporate finance advisory sphere at both Lazard and BDO.
• Gallagher joins from McBains Cooper and was previously an equity analyst for Aviva Investors.
• Martin joins from Network Rail, where he structured and managed a number of high-profile development projects.
