Topland has signed five tenants for a total of 14,500 sq ft at its 24-storey Capital Tower, Cardiff’s tallest office building.
The tower will now be home to Pinnacle Letting Agents’ software firm Let MC.com, Pulse Healthcare, Allianz Cornhill Management Services and recruiters Recruit 121 and Robert Half International.
All have agreed rents close to £14.50 per sq ft.
Topland has also established a 20,000 sq ft incubator hub in the tower that is almost 100% let. Breakdown service AA took 15,720 sq ft in the tower last July.
