Westmont Hospitality Group has instructed CBRE to market the Lowry Hotel in Salford, Greater Manchester for offers in excess of £60m.
The 165-bedroom five-star hotel in Chapel Wharf frequented by Manchester United stars and manager Jose Mourinho has undergone an extensive renovation since its acquisition in August 2014.
Rocco Forte sold the hotel to Westmont Hospitality Group. The price paid was undisclosed but the hotel was marketed at around £40m.
