Five retail brands are to open stores totalling 8,500 sq ft at Bluewater in Kent.
Aspinal of London is opening its first standalone store outside London. The 1,600 sq ft boutique is situated adjacent to Rigby & Pellar.
Portuguese menswear brand Sacoor is opening a 1,900 sq ft store, its third in the UK, adjacent to Gant, Wolford and Office.
Whistles is relocating to a 900 sq ft shop, close to Hugo Boss and the Omega boutique.
Pandora is opening a second store at Bluewater. The 1,600 sq ft shop is next to Bestseller and opposite the Omega boutique.
Paperchase is relocating to a 2,900 sq ft store, which includes a 500 sq ft mezzanine, adjacent to Gap Kids, Fossil, Hollister and Zara.
Guy Thomas, head of retail leasing at Lend Lease, said: “Their diversity, quality and product ranges are significant additions to Bluewater’s offer. Together with the opening of the recently announced Plaza restaurants and The Events Venue next month, Bluewater is providing ever-more reasons for guests to visit.”
