Habito has launched what is believed to be the UKs longest fixed-rate mortgage deal.
The online broker is offering a range of mortgages for borrowers with deposits of at least 10% with repayments fixed for between 10 and 40 years.
Unlike other long-term deals, Habito’s mortgages have no early repayment charges or exit fees.
Start-up lender Perenna will offer 30-year fixed deals and let borrowers remortgage after five years free of charge.
