Tony Ryan, the founder of Mar City, argues that companies such as his are the future of housebuilding and will ‘disrupt’ the sector.
As most of the panels for the houses are created in a factory, his firm is able to build a pair of semi-detached houses in three days.
Last year Ryan listed Mar City on AIM, raising £30m. Its 102 apartment building in Colindale, north London, is nearing completion with all units sold.
