A former ballroom that hosted John Lennon’s wedding reception is to be converted into flats as part of a private rental scheme.
The project, being launched by Property Frontiers, is located on Parker Street in Liverpool city centre and will become 71 studio suites and 19 one-bedroom apartments.
The properties will be available from £64,950 with 6% net yield assured for five years.
Falconer Chester Hall is the firm of architects in charge of developing the building, which has been vacant for 30 years.
The development is set for completion in autumn 2015.
