Fletcher Morgan out in front in latest retail deals league
Fletcher Morgan is leading the EG Radius retail rankings by more than 72,000 sq ft.
The agent is comfortably ahead of closest rival Fisher Hargreaves Proctor thanks to a 46,000 sq ft letting at Avenue Retail Park in Cardiff. The deal was agreed at a rent of £400,000 pa, equating to £8.70 per sq ft.
