Flex operator takes 18,000 sq ft in City’s Frederick’s Place

Flexible office operator The Boutique Workplace Company has signed a 15-year lease for the Mercers’ Company’s Grade II listed 1-3 Frederick’s Place, EC2. At just under 18,000 sq ft, the workplace spans seven floors and has a roof terrace overlooking St Olave’s Court, as well as a restaurant and coffee shop on the ground floor. Other amenities include a gym, wellness room, podcast room, concierge services and self-contained suites with their own roof terraces. The Boutique Workplace Company expects the space to be open for business from October. The 18th century building, which is part of the Mercers’ Company’s Frederick’s Place rejuvenation project, was designed by architect Robert Adam.
