Flexible office operator Mantle Space has taken a third site in Cambridge.
The company has signed a six-year lease at Howard Group’s 95 Regent Street, where it will offer more than 400 desks across 22,500 sq ft of office space, meeting rooms and breakout areas.
Mantle already operates in the Bradfield Centre and Nine Hills Road and claims to be the city’s largest flexible space operator in the city in terms of space occupied.
“Our focus is on flexible workspaces in central locations with contemporary interiors, striking design and high-quality finishes – and all the equipment and resources a business needs,” said chief executive Guy Baker.
