Aston Villa’s proposed floatation could see the Premier football club’s valuation soar to £100m.
Chairman Doug Ellis will use a portion of the funds towards redeveloping the ground. Ellis recently acquired the freehold of land adjacent to the club’s Birmingham ground next to the M6. It is planned to increase the ground’s capacity.
