Boots has sold Do It All to Focus DIY for £68m.
The sale includes 139 branches which the Crew-based company will add to the 10 it bought in 1993.
Boots will remain guarantor on 29 of the stores’ leases. It will continue to own a further 12 stores.
The sale ends months of uncertainty about the future of Boots’ DIY chain.
