Folkes Properties has let another 4,792 sq m (51,582 sq ft) in three deals at the Washington Centre, Dudley.
- High Precision Manufacturing has taken a 2,136 sq m (23,000 sq ft) unit at a headline rent of £45 per sq m (£4.22 per sq ft) on a 15-year lease.
- Haemmerlin has taken a 1,449 sq m (15,600 sq ft) unit at a headline rent of £37 per sq m (£3.40 per sq ft) on a 15-year lease.
- National Packaging Group has taken a 1,207 sq m (13,000 sq ft) unit at a headline rent of £53 per sq m (£4.95 per sq ft) on a 15-year lease.
One building of 1,765 sq m (19,000 sq ft) remains available to let through Folkes Properties’ letting agents James & Lister Lea. Grimleys advised National Packaging.
