Plans are under way to turn Folkestone into a prosperous hub of arts and culture.
The Creative Foundation, which owns 70 buildings in the town, has let space to 150 tenants from the creative industries. It has £800m plans to regenerate Folkestone harbour which the charity bought three years ago.
A new performing arts centre will open in the Kent seaside town next year.
