French property company Foncière des Murs and Predica have agreed to jointly spend €170m on a hotel portfolio.
The 32 Campanile assets were sold to the joint venture by operator Louvre Hotels.
Predica is taking an 80% interest in the joint venture, which will spend a further €50.8m on renovations and refurbishments.
