Foncière Massena, a French REIT specialising in office, retail and residential property, has paid about €22m for 7 rue St Georges in Paris’s 9th district.
The asset was bought from a Danish pension fund client of Cushman & Wakefield.
The 2,161 m2 building was developed in 1993 and relet on a six-year lease to a single tenant following refurbishment in 2010.
