Foot Anstey expands in Bristol

3-Glasswharf-570pxLaw firm Foot Anstey has taken the entire third floor of Salmon Harvester Properties’ and NFU Mutual’s 3 Glass Wharf in Bristol.

The law firm has taken 16,654 sq ft at the office on a 15-year lease to facilitate its expansion. It will join occupiers PwC and Arcadis at the 98,500 sq ft building, which overlooks the Floating Harbour.

There is currently 25,000 sq ft vacant in the building.

Simon Price, head of agency at Alder King, who acted for Salmon Harvester and NFUM, said: “Bristol’s professional services firms are amongst the most active sectors taking office accommodation in Bristol. The supply of immediately available grade A office space is now reducing rapidly and competition for the best space is growing.”

JLL acted for Foot Anstey.
