Luxury Family Hotels has brought The Elms in Abberley, Worcester, to the market for £5m.
Dating back to the reign of Queen Anne, the Grade II listed country house hotel features 23 bedrooms and suites, functions rooms and the Brookes Restaurant.
Originally designed by Gilbert White, a pupil of Sir Christopher Wren, the property has been fully refurbished and includes a spa that was added in 2008.
The Elms is situated within 10 acres and has development potential, subject to planning.
