Galliard Homes has appointed CBRE to sell its 191-home Capital Towers development in Stratford, E15.
The scheme was completed in 2016 and 999-year leases were available on the development from 2013. It is being sold on a freehold basis, and the scheme’s combined ground rent income is £78,800 per annum. The developer has not set a guide price but is requesting bids to be submitted by 6 April 2023.
The scheme comprises two residential towers of 35 and 15 storeys, with 41 car parking spaces, 307 cycle parking spaces, a gym, a crèche, a garden terrace and a riverside walkway.
