Ford Retail has signed a prelet for a 14,405 sq ft showroom in Goodman’s Northfield Park Estate, Bristol.
The car company is the first tenant to sign a letting agreement for the 200-acre site.
Ford Retail will shift its existing Brunel Ford dealership, on Muller Road in Bristol, to a new 14,405 sq ft dealership at the retail park on a 20-year lease.
