FORE Partnership has submitted a planning application to transform 24 Mount Street in Manchester into 80,000 sq ft of grade-A offices.
Proposals for the seven-storey building include ground and first floor shops and leisure space with some flexible workspace provision.
Designed by architects tp bennett, the building also includes a roof terrace and first floor balcony overlooking the plaza.
Basil Demeroutis, managing partner of FORE, said: “We are proud to be part of this fantastic opportunity to redevelop and regenerate an outmoded and underutilised 1970s office building, bringing highly needed office space to the market very quickly.”
Knight Frank and LSH have been instructed as joint agents on 24 Mount Street.
