Forest rejects Anderson £13m bid as Burford boss enters fray

Nottingham Forest football club sareholders have rejected a £13m bid from the Sandy Anderson Consortium. Competitor bids have come from Grant Bovey, chief executive of Watershed Pictures, with £20m bid and from Nigel Wray, chairman of Burford with a £15m offer for 80% of the shares.

Meanwhile Coventry City has confirmed it is considering raising money on the stock market. It is estimated the club could be valued at £30m.
