Forever 21, the £1.4bn American fashion chain, will open in Oxford Street, in the West End of London, on Wednesday.
The retailer paid £14m for the lease on the former HMV store. Another four are envisioned in the next 18 months, including a 40,000 sq ft shop in Westfield Stratford City. The company says the pace of rollout after that will depend on finding “big box” properties in good locations. The first British outlet opened in Birmingham’s Bullring last November.
