Two former agents have lodged plans to turn a former brewery in Ipswich, Suffolk, into a mixed-use scheme.
James Buxton, who spent a decade as Bidwells’ senior partner, and William Stanton, former head of Savills’ east region, want to transform Tolly Cobbold Brewery into a £30m, 200,000 sq ft scheme comprising 48 flats, a four-star hotel, offices, a 45,000 sq ft supermarket and a gym.
Subject to consent, their development firm, Pigeon, hopes to complete the project in early 2015.
