Two former agents with BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Manchester office have launched a property consultancy, Preston O’Herlihy.
Sara-Jane Preston and Brendan O’Herlihy will specialise in industrial and logistics advice, but will also cover all aspects of the commercial property market.
The firm will be based in central Manchester.
O’Herlihy said: “We believe that the time is right for us to take this step as the commercial property market is polarising into mega multi-nationals and focused, independent niche practices. We are looking forward to being able to concentrate solely on the clients and their work without the constraints of a big business.
“The reception that we have received from our clients has been very positive and we are delighted with the level of support from our friends across the industry. We are looking forward to the new challenges that lie ahead.”
