An eight-bedroom Georgian mansion in Clifton, Bristol, that was once blighted by squatters is being offered at Hollis Morgan’s 18 November sale with a £2m guide price.
The 9,800 sq ft, Grade II-listed house was bought for £3m in 2009 by a developer who fought to evict the squatters. Subject to consent, it has potential for conversion into six flats.
The sale takes place at All Saints Church, Bristol.
