Three former directors from CBRE and Kier Developments have launched residential property consultancy Sq. One Real Estate.
CBRE’s Jamie Gunning and Guy Passey have partnered with Kier Developments’s Charlie Philip on the firm, which is a joint venture with property advisers Farebrother, Tuckerman and Union Street Partners.
Between them, the trio have advised on more than £4bn of developments in London and have worked with clients ranging from Legal & General to Aviva and Capital & Counties.
Gunning left CBRE earlier this year, having previously been the head of the residential team at EA Shaw, which CBRE bought out in 2012.
Gunning said: “The lines between residential and commercial property have blurred – especially in London.
“We are an agile, specialist and experienced team, which offers a truly client-centric solution for this exciting part of the property market which creates places to live, work, eat and drink.
“Our advice will be delivered with energy and honesty. Together with our partners, we offer a blend of market heritage, proven track records, fresh thinking and a wholly new approach to the mixed-use sector.”
