Victoria Boateng, former head of investor rating at CBRE and partner at Montagu Evans and Allsop, has launched a specialist business rates consultancy.
VS Boateng & Associates will provide strategic advice on disposals, acquisition and redevelopment with a core focus on ensuring business do not overspend on rates. The business will also provide advice on recovering overpaid fund.

Boateng spent more than eight years at Allsop, before moving to Montagu Evans as head of landlord rating in late 2020 and then on to CBRE to lead its landlord and investor business rates team in May 2022.
