Former Cushman retail and leisure trio launch agency

Three well-known agents, formerly at Cushman & Wakefield, have set up a niche retail and leisure agency called P-Three.

Justin Taylor

It has emerged that Justin Taylor, co-founder of the business and former head of EMEA retail at C&W, has set up the firm with former C&W colleagues Hannah McNamara, previously a partner in C&W’s shopping centre leasing team, and Thomas Rose, formerly EMEA head of leisure and restaurants.

McNamara, who was one of C&W’s youngest-ever female partners, was on the team that won the bid for the agency’s Battersea Power Station leasing mandate.

Before Rose left C&W in April alongside Taylor, he worked on projects including Battersea Power Station, Kensington Olympia, Waterloo London, King’s Cross, Wembley Park and Central Cross in Chinatown.

He also worked with brands such as Third Space, Puttshack, Chipotle, Wahaca, Rosa’s Thai Café and Wagamama.

Taylor worked at C&W for 38 years before leaving in April to set up an independent consultancy. During his time at C&W he worked on some of the UK’s largest shopping centres and mixed-use developments, including the Bullring in Birmingham and Liverpool One.

The new agency specialises in retail, leisure, cultural uses and food and beverage. Its clients include the £1bn Edinburgh St James development in Scotland.

The focus will be on developing progressive, mixed-use destinations, as well as acting for “visionary” occupiers, according to online literature. Its name references “people, places and property”.
