MRP has launched a public consultation on its plans to convert the former Herald/Glasgow Times headquarters into a co-living and purpose-built student accommodation scheme.
MRP wants to replace the 50,000 sq ft office at 200 Renfield Street into multi-storey blocks.
The developer acquired the office in 2021 from Aegon Asset Management for £10m, according to Radius.
It is currently occupied by Glasgow School of Art and Instant Managed Offices.
A document on the consultation website for 200 Renfield Street, said: “It is intended that the 200 Renfield mixed-use development will complete the regeneration of this important urban site and will form the final phase of the redevelopment of this entire city block.”
