The former London headquarters of luxury department store group Harvey Nichols is on the market as a £20m residential redevelopment opportunity.
The company has tasked Knight Frank with finding a buyer for 361-365 Chiswick High Road, W4.
The property comprises 19 two-bedroom apartments as well as 26,102 sq ft of vacant office space that was occupied by Harvey Nichols until recently.
The site has planning permission granted last September by Hounslow council for a change of use from office to residential, which could create a total of 34 private homes – eight studios and 26 one-bedroom units.
Nick Alderman, partner in the residential development team at Knight Frank, described the site as “a value-add opportunity which will garner significant market interest”.
