Two senior Manchester-based office agents who were made redundant by Jones Lang LaSalle at the end of last year have launched a new business in the city.
Trevor Sloan and Andrew Gardiner, who were formerly director and associate director in JLL’s Manchester office agency team, have established TSG Property Consultants.
The firm is based in the Royal Exchange building in Manchester’s St Ann’s Square. It will focus on agency work on behalf of landlords and tenants.
Sloan (pictured) joined JLL from GVA as head of office agency in 2006, while Gardiner, who had previously held roles at Matthews & Goodman and DTZ, joined JLL in 2010.
Sloan said: “Between us, Andrew and I have over 50 years’ experience of working with tenants, landlords and developers. We believe this depth of knowledge and understanding will be vital in a difficult market and leaves us well placed to continue to help our existing and new clients.”
