Steve Williams (pictured left), the former national head of industrial and logistics at Lambert Smith Hampton, has launched a practice called Adroit Real Estate Advisors alongside two of his former colleagues, Lloyd Spencer (centre) and Dan Jackson (right).
Adroit will specialise in the industrial and logistics sector in the UK. It will operate from two offices in King’s Cross, north London, and Luton.
It will cover large-scale logistics properties and development sites, as well as smaller units and multi-let estates on a regional basis.
It has not planned any new hires yet.
Williams told EG: “Setting up Adroit Real Estate Advisors is intended to take us back to enjoying working in the marketplace and providing our clients with a smart, knowledgeable, focused team offering expert advice.”
Spencer added: “Between the three of us, we have more than 60 years of experience in the marketplace. The industrial and logistics market has never been more dynamic and so the opportunity to share our expertise to enable clients to maximise the value of their assets in the current climate is extremely exciting.”
EG previously reported in March that the trio had left LSH to set up the niche industrial practice.
Spencer was head of office for LSH and based in Milton Keynes. Jackson was an associate director in the industrial team, based in the Luton office.
