Former NWDA chief takes on Chester regeneration

Steven Broomhead, the former chief executive of Northwest Regional Development Agency, has been appointed chairman of regeneration body Chester Renaissance.
Broomhead has stated that he intends to use his new position to kick-start a number of stalled schemes in the city, including ING Real Estate’s proposed retail-led Northgate project.
