A former public toilet in London’s Spitalfields has been listed for sale for £1m, around three times the price it sold for in 2000 when it was last on the market.
The 600-sq-ft underground property has already been converted into a nightclub, albeit with space for only 60 patrons.
It has variously been described as charming and quirky, brilliantly situated and a fantastic opportunity.
