Brian Bickell, the former chief executive of Shaftesbury Estates, has joined the capital’s business growth and destination agency London & Partners as a non-executive director.
Bickell left Shaftesbury in March 2023 after 37 years, following its £3.5m merger with Capital & Counties.
Announcing his new role, he said: “While London is widely considered to be top of the league of global cities, it faces challenges and competition and should never be complacent. London & Partners plays a major role in ensuring the city’s long-term success continues and I look forward to being part of its experienced board and supporting its brilliant executive team.”
