Liv Consult has recruited Clint Bartman as director to its build-to-rent advisory business.
Bartman (pictured) was previously managing director at Strawberry Star Group for over a year and held previous roles operations roles at The Nido Collection, Empiric Student Property, and Hello Student. He has eight years of experience in BTR and PBSA.
He takes over from Ashley Perry, who will leave Liv after at the end of the month. Perry held the role for four years.
The BTR consultancy has advised over £8bn in projects, including city centre, commuter town and larger regenerations, with over 35,000 homes across Europe.
The team works closely with the development and investment divisions under Cortland. Liv also works with local authorities, institutional investors, private funds, REITs and banks, supporting strategy, project delivery, viability and lifecycle modelling and branding, among other services.
Iain Murray, senior director of BTR at Liv Group, said: “The business continues to expand across the UK & Ireland as well as new commissions in mainland Europe.
“Clint will lead the consultancy team in our London and Leeds bases together working closely with our Cortland UK development and investment team, the Liv Group operations team, as well as our many valued external clients.”
