Logik Developments has teamed up with Sir Robert McAlpine Capital Ventures and is now working to secure a forward funding partner for a £110m build-to-rent scheme in central Manchester.
Logik obtained planning consent for the development in 2019. The 24-storey tower, sitting on Arundel Street opposite the Deansgate Square Towers delivered by Renaker, is expected to provide 355 flats, contributing to the regeneration of the area.
Neil Spencer, managing director at Logik Developments, said: “Our two business are aligned in values and ambitions, and we look forward to seeing this project move to the next stage.”
Robert Wotherspoon, chief executive of Sir Robert McAlpine Capital Ventures, said: “We share Logik’s ambitions for achieving a quality residential neighbourhood with high sustainability targets and with a focus on creating social value that benefits the local community.”
