Foss Development Corporation has received detailed planning consent for 5,579sq m (60,000sq ft) of offices on Piccadilly, York. The scheme – to be known as Meridian Court – will comprise three buildings around a courtyard. Knight Frank’s Leeds office and Lawrence Hannah of York are joint letting agents.
