Rockspring Property Investment Managers and Moorevale have secured four new lettings at the refurbished 63 St Mary Axe, EC3.
Spanish bank La Caixa has leased 3,391 sq ft on the top floor; Impellam has leased 7,335 sq ft on the seventh floor; and fitness club One Rebel has taken 7,724 sq ft on the ground and lower ground floors.
The four lettings total 18,450 sq ft, which means 60,000 sq ft remains vacant in the 80,000 sq ft scheme.
Quoting rents in the building start at £52.50 per sq ft.
