Highcross has won four new tenants for its 1000 Lakeside office building in Portsmouth.
Non-Stop Recruitment and HTP Training have both taken 3,000 sq ft on leases of five and 12 years respectively. Rents are circa £17 per sq ft.
Also signing at the site adjacent to junction 12 of the M27 are marketing firm Blue Ocean, taking 1,800 sq ft for three years, and Jobsite, taking 1,500 sq ft on an eight-year lease.
Highcross said 65% of 275,000 sq ft of office space at 1000 Lakeside is now let. Lettings in the year to date total 115,000 sq ft.
