Grosvenor has agreed lettings to four new brands, occupying a total of 14,495 sq ft, at Liverpool One.
On Peter’s Lane, Liverpool One’s destination for premium fashion and accessories, Hobbs is taking a 4,300 sq ft flagship and Calvin Klein is creating a 3,500 sq ft store. Calvin Klein is new to Liverpool and joins Hugo Boss, Reiss, Ted Baker, Jaeger and Radley.
Elsewhere in Liverpool One, North Face is to open a 4,200 sq ft store on Paradise Street, alongside Apple, Desigual and Cult. On the upper level of South John Street, Vans, the American sneaker brand, is fitting out its first store in the North West. The 2,500 sq ft store opens in April.
Miles Dunnett, head of asset management at Grosvenor Liverpool Fund, said: “Securing four great brands is a great way to begin 2011. Individually, each is a destination in its own right, but their real strength is what they add to the overall Liverpool ONE offer. We have a breadth, variety and quality of offer that makes Liverpool ONE unique in the North West.”
