Plans for Four Pancras Square in King’s Cross, NW1, have been given the go ahead by Camden council.

The development is the last of the planned buildings on the site and will consist of retail units and 10 storeys of office space.

Sitting in the north of the square, the building and adjacent Three Pancras Square have been given £100m in development finance by RBS.

Highlights of the building include a roof terrace with wild garden.
