Plans for a the final speculative 235,202 sq ft office-led building in a popular development zone at King’s Cross have been submitted.
Plans on behalf of the King’s Cross Central Partnership comprising an 11-storey Building 5, called Four Pancras Square, N1, have been submitted to Camden council.
The Eric Parry Architects-designed proposals comprise 10 floors of office space, a roof garden, retail on the ground floor, and 186 bicycle spaces.
It will sit on the 67-acre regeneration site being developed by the Argent-led King’s Cross Central Partnership, and is the final building to come forward within development zone B.
Virtually all of the neighbouring office buildings, including One and Three Pancras Square, have been let ahead of completion. Occupiers include Louis Vuitton and global communications group Havas.
The design and access statement said: “Building 5 will be a significant new building at the head of Pancras Square.”
